Yesterday I took some left over frozen green beans I cooked the day before. I added a few pats of butter, a 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and cheap old dried Parmesan cheese. I warmed them all in the dish, the clumpy cheese melted some to create a nice buttery, cheesy sauce. It was to DIE for! Try it sometime with a pot of fresh or frozen cooked green or wax beans.
